Preble County Barn Survey

Last fall, PCHS initiated a barn survey of Preble County barns with the intent to record as many of the county barns as possible. The following barn pictures come from some of the barn owners who respond to the survey request.

Here's the inside of the last barn:

To take part in this exciting opportunity to preserve your Preble County barn forever, owners simply need to fill out a few questions about their barn and take up to three photographs of the structure.

Barn survey teams will help get information about the other barns in the county which have not been documented until all barns in the county are accounted for.

The success of this survey in other counties was made possible by volunteers like you who have shown their love for these historic barns in Ohio.
